We are seeking a proactive and resultsoriented Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The Account Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities managing the endtoend sales process and nurturing relationships with clients. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibility:
Solution Selling: Understand the unique challenges and needs of clients and effectively position our technology solutions to address their pain points and achieve their business objectives.
EndtoEnd Sales Process: Own the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure. Conduct engaging product demos tailored to the specific needs of prospective clients.
Negotiation and Closure: Lead contract negotiations pricing discussions and proposal presentations to secure profitable deals and achieve revenue targets.
Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline effectively from lead generation to deal closure ensuring timely followup and consistent progress tracking.
Utilize CRM tools to maintain accurate and uptodate records of all client interactions and opportunities to expand our reach generate leads and promote brand awareness.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field.(BBA/MBA B.Tech preferred.
13 years of experience in a full cycle closing role with strong prospecting qualifying negotiating and closing skills.
Consistent track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets in a fastpaced environment
Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
