Job Description
- IT ticket management.
- AD Server User Creation & Deleting & Disable in Active Directory.
- Network Printer Installing & Troubleshooting (All in One).
- Configuration of Basic Network.
- Laptop Formatting & configuring laptop as per Company rule.
- Knowledge Of Windows 10 & Windows 11.
- Installing Of 3rd party Software such as Tally & Winman.
- Installation & managing Seqrite Antivirus its admin panel.
- Installation and managing of O365 Office.
- User creation in Office 365 assigning license to user in 365 creating mailbox and shared mailbox in O365 Creating DL & DDL in O365.
- Blocking and unblocking Spam And Phishing mail on O365.
- Configuring Outlook.
- MS Teams & creating Teams and Teams channel.
- One Drive creating managing and troubleshooting.
- Managing CCTV (CP Plus & Hik Vision).
- Asset management.
- Vendor management. (calling with vendors for hardware repairing and purchasing)
- Hardware Troubleshooting of laptops desktop and printer.
- Creation and maintenance of database for end users and monitoring that the IT errors are not re occurred.
- Managing Biometric device (ESSL).
- Have proactive approach to problem solving.
- Setting up Web camera and Conference camera. All conference setup.
Requirements
Any Graduate with 1 year IT experience.
