Position Overview:
The Legal Manager will oversee all legal matters related to real estate transactions contracts compliance disputes and corporate governance. The role requires expertise in real estate law strong negotiation skills and the ability to collaborate closely with various departments to ensure legal protections are in place for the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal guidance and support to senior management and various departments on real estate matters
- Draft review and negotiate contracts leases and other legal documents related to real estate transactions
- Advise on regulatory and compliance matters affecting the companys real estate activities
- Conduct due diligence on properties including title zoning and permitting issues
- Handle disputes litigation and claims related to real estate transactions
- Ensure compliance with local state and federal real estate laws as well as industry regulations
- Collaborate with external legal teams and counsel as needed for specialized legal matters
- Develop and implement company policies to mitigate legal risks and ensure proper legal procedures are followed
- Stay uptodate with changes in real estate laws regulations and industry standards
- Assist in corporate governance matters and provide legal support on mergers acquisitions and joint ventures
- Provide training and guidance to staff and stakeholders on legal risks and best practices in real estate
- Review and advise on property acquisitions sales development projects and financing structures
Requirements

Requirements:
- Law degree (Juris Doctor or equivalent) from an accredited institution
- Valid legal license to practice law in Qatar
- 5 years of legal experience in real estate law with a focus on corporate real estate or commercial transactions
- Strong understanding of real estate law including property transactions leases zoning land use and construction law
- Experience negotiating and drafting complex contracts and legal documents
- Excellent research analytical and problemsolving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across departments
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
- Detailoriented with strong organizational skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in managing a legal team or department
- Familiarity with real estate development financing and investment structures
- Experience with dispute resolution including mediation and arbitration
- Knowledge of environmental laws land use regulations and construction law
- Proficiency in using legal research tools and contract management software
5+ years of legal experience in real estate law, with a focus on corporate real estate or commercial transactions Strong understanding of real estate law, including property transactions, leases, zoning, land use, and construction law Experience negotiating and drafting complex contracts and legal documents Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across departments Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Education
Law degree (Juris Doctor or equivalent) from an accredited institution
