What You ll Be Doing:

• Developing creative video concepts and scripts for 30second to 1minute video ads tailored to showcase client products services and brands.
  
• Filming editing and producing highquality videos for YouTube Instagram Facebook TikTok and TV commercials.
  
• Ensuring videos are optimized for both horizontal (YouTube) and vertical (Instagram Stories TikTok) formats.
  
• Collaborating with clients and our marketing team to ensure videos align with branding and marketing strategies.
  
• Managing the full production process from preproduction (concept scripts) to filming editing sound and final delivery.
  
• Optimizing videos for engagement on social media platforms ensuring they are tailored to each platform s audience.
  
• Ensuring highquality standards across all aspects of production including lighting sound and editing.
  

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in video production with a portfolio showcasing work in concept creation scriptwriting filming and editing.
  
• Experience in creating shortform video content for platforms like YouTube Instagram TikTok and Facebook.
  
• Proficiency in video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro Final Cut Pro After Effects or similar tools.
  
• Ability to and produce videos in both horizontal and vertical formats understanding the differences in approach for each.
  
• Strong understanding of video production techniques (lighting camera work sound design).
  
• Creative mindset with the ability to tell a compelling story within a short time frame.
  
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple video projects with deadlines.
