We are seeking a detailoriented and efficient Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Jacksonville United States. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inputting and maintaining accurate data in our companys database systems ensuring the integrity and accessibility of crucial information.
- Enter data from various sources into computer systems and databases with speed and accuracy
- Verify and crossreference data to maintain data quality and consistency
- Review and update existing data in the system as needed
- Scan and organize documents for digital filing and easy retrieval
- Perform regular data backups to ensure data security
- Generate and distribute reports as requested by management
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Collaborate with team members to meet data entry deadlines and goals
- Identify and report any discrepancies or errors in data
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proficient in data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel
- Fast and accurate typing skills with a minimum of 50 WPM
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly
- Previous data entry experience preferred
- Experience with database management a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong work ethic and commitment to meeting deadlines
