We are seeking a highly organized and detailoriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team fulltime. As a Data Entry Specialist you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently inputting data into our systems and maintaining our databases. This is an essential role in ensuring the smooth operations of our company and providing our clients with the best possible services.
Key Responsibilities:
Inputting and updating athlete and client information into our databases
Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all data entered
Organizing and maintaining physical and electronic files
Assisting with data analysis and generating reports as needed
Communicating with team members to ensure data is up to date and accurate
Identifying and resolving any data discrepancies or errors
Maintaining confidentiality and security of all data
Other administrative tasks as assigned by management
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent postsecondary education in a related field is a plus
Proven experience in data entry or a similar role
Excellent typing skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of sports industry and terminology is an asset
