What You Will Do
Candidate Sourcing & Recruitment
- Source qualify and place Director level candidates for retained search clients.
- Use deep sourcing strategies (LinkedIn Recruiter Boolean searches direct outreach).
- Coldcall engage and sell highlevel candidates on career moves.
- Manage fullcycle recruiting (sourcing screening interview prep offer negotiation).
Execution & Search Management
- Follow our structured retained search process from intake to placement.
- Work closely with the Ten Solutions team and hiring managers.
- Ensure consistent highquality candidate pipelines and timely client updates.
Upselling Talent Solutions (Optional for Additional Commission)
- While business development is separate recruiters can upsell additional talent solutions to clients they are already working with.
- All sales processes are managed internally; recruiters can refer opportunities for additional compensation.

Qualifications
- 5 years in executive recruiting retained search or salesdriven talent acquisition.
- Strong track record of placing Director level candidates.
- Experience with CRM/ATS tools Boolean search and direct sourcing.
- Strong consultative selling and candidate engagement skills.
- Ability to work independently while following Ten Solutions structured search methodology.
