Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated fulltime temporary highvolume Recruiter to support our Perry GA manufacturing plants growing workforce. In this role you will be responsible for sourcing screening and hiring a high volume of production skilled trades and support staff to meet operational demands. The ideal candidate is proactive detailoriented and experienced in fastpaced industrial environments.  This position is located onsite in Perry GA. Project duration estimated at 46 months. 

The responsibilities of this position shall consists of but not be limited to the following:

  • Manage fullcycle recruitment for highvolume hiring needs including production workers machine operators assemblers forklift drivers maintenance technicians and other plant roles.
  • Partner with plant leadership and HR to understand workforce needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
  • Proactively source candidates through job fairs online job boards social media local community partnerships and employee referral programs.
  • Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates skills experience and alignment with plant requirements.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers ensuring an efficient and seamless process.
  • Maintain an organized pipeline of qualified candidates to reduce timetofill and improve workforce planning.
  • Manage and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with candidate progress and hiring metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies safety regulations and employment laws during the hiring process.
  • Drive employer branding efforts by promoting the companys culture benefits and career growth opportunities.
  • Support onboarding and orientation to ensure a smooth transition for new hires into the manufacturing environment.
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as necessary.

Qualifications :

Required Education:

  • Associates degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience.

Required Experience:

  • 2 years of experience in highvolume recruiting preferably in a manufacturing warehousing or industrial setting.
  • Strong sourcing skills including the use of online job boards social media community outreach and referral programs.
  • Experience working with an applicant tracking system (ATS) and other HR recruitment tools.
  • Knowledge of hiring compliance EEO and labor laws.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced highpressure environment with shifting priorities.
  • Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills.

Preferred:

  • Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as SmartRecruiters.
  • Certification in HR or recruitment (e.g. SHRMCP PHR Sourcecon or related).
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.


Additional Information :

The salary range for this temporary role is $2661.54 to $3689.23 (Biweekly).
