Overview:
We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our business expansion in the US. This role will be responsible for aligning our headquarters HR strategies with local business needs ensuring effective of HR policies talent development and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the US labor market strong leadership skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic multicultural environment.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with company objectives ensuring the successful implementation of corporate HR initiatives.
- Oversee the and localization of HR policies in the US providing feedback for continuous improvement.
- Provide HR support across all functions offering strategic guidance and ensuring smooth implementation of HR initiatives.
- Develop and manage a strong talent pipeline focusing on key positions and employee skill development.
- Ensure efficient office administration by updating policies coordinating internal events (teambuilding meetings) and handling general administrative tasks (visitor management document organization etc..
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or higher with at least 3 years of HRBP experience in the US.
- Strong knowledge of US labor laws and regulations with a deep understanding of HR best practices.
- Excellent analytical and decisionmaking skills with strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- Strong leadership and crosscultural communication skills capable of working effectively in an international environment.
- Fluency in English and Chinese (both written and verbal).
