Job Description
Job Title: Recruitment Consultant
Location: Gbagada Lagos
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Recruitment Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the endtoend recruitment process building strong relationships with clients and candidates and ensuring successful placements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and attract top talent using various sourcing methods including job boards social media and networking.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates skills experience and cultural fit.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
- Coordinate the entire hiring process from candidate screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Maintain and update a database of potential candidates and job opportunities.
- Provide market insights and consultative recruitment advice to clients.
- Meet and exceed recruitment targets and KPIs.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment talent acquisition or a similar role.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- A proactive and targetdriven approach to recruitment.
