Help clients ensure their visas and other necessary documents are up to date for the locations they need to travel.
Entering customer information into a computer system to issue tickets or update records.
Ticketing agent jobs that involve processing electronic ticketing requests for customers or agents over the phone.
Explaining airport rules and procedures to passengers prior to boarding flights.

Requirements
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years prior work experience as a Travel Consultant or Ticketing and Reservation Officer
Must be fluent in English Language.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and multitask in a fastpaced environment.
Basic math skills.
Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office applications
