Manage domestic and international hotel bookings efficiently.
Coordinate protocol services including airport meetandgreet and VIP assistance.
Arrange car bookings and transportation services for clients.
Provide expert advice on travel and tourism options to clients.
Ensure seamless travel arrangements by liaising with travel service providers.
Stay updated on travel trends visa requirements and tourism regulations.
Maintain strong relationships with clients ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Process payments and manage travel documentation with precision.
Minimum of 2 years experience in the travel and tourism industry.
Strong knowledge of international holiday package creation.
Experience in hotel bookings (domestic and international) protocol arrangements and car rental services.
Previous experience in a Travel & Tourism or Tourism Company is an advantage.
University graduate (Bachelor s degree in Hospitality Tourism Business or related field preferred).
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong organizational and problemsolving abilities.
Must have the legal right to work in Nigeria.
