Get to Know the Role
- As part of the Small Medium Enterprises (SME) Account Management team you will focus on nurturing relationships with small and mediumsized businesses (SME) in our food delivery network. Your main goal will be to build connections boost platform growth and create across Grab. You will be the goto person for these accounts ensuring their satisfaction creating growth and maximizing revenue opportunities.
- You will report to Assistant Manager Small Medium Enterprises (SME) Account Management & Communications.
- This role is based in Petaling Jaya and working onsite.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- You will manage a diverse portfolio of restaurants both chain & nonchain restaurants with a focus on building relationships and ensuring their satisfaction.
- You will help new Small Medium Enterprises (SME) restaurant partners set up their accounts improve menus and manage orders. You will work with different teams to improve the restaurant partner experience and achieve success.
- You will study performance data to grasp restaurant partner requirements suggest areas for improvement and discover fresh business prospects for the portfolio.
- You will engage with restaurant partners to understand their needs address concerns and boost satisfaction.
- You will stay updated on industry trends new technologies and changing consumer preferences in F&B. You will always gather feedback and look for ways to improve skills and performance in the role.
- You will communicate with restaurant partners regarding promotional programs commission structures new features collaborations issue resolution and keep track of all related activities.
- You will make sure restaurant partners comply with contracts service levels and regulations. You will monitor contract terms and renewals and negotiate changes.
Qualifications :
- You have a Bachelor (or above) degree in Business/ Management/Mass Communications or equivalent.
- You have 2 years experience in account management business development partnerships or an equivalent role.
- You have experience in managing account portfolios from Sales ECommerce FMCG F&B Corporate or Retail industry.
- You have experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects in both English and Bahasa Malaysia and the ability to speak in other dialects.
- You have Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects with the ability to provide solutions for varying merchant needs with insights.
- You can fuse business and strategy to handle complex and multifaceted deals.
