Senior People Manager
About the Role
We are seeking a Senior People Manager to drive our people strategy foster a highperformance culture and ensure an exceptional employee experience. In this leadership role you will oversee key HR functions including employee engagement leadership development and organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Leadership & Organizational Development
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the companys mission vision and growth objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership providing guidance on peoplerelated decisions and organizational design.
- Partner with department heads to identify workforce challenges and create solutions that drive business success.
2.Workforce Planning
- Forecast workforce needs ensuring the right talent is in place to support business goals.
- Enhance employer branding initiatives to position the company as a top employer in the software development sector.
3. Performance Management & Leadership Development
- Design and oversee performance evaluation frameworks that drive accountability feedback and continuous improvement.
- Develop leadership training programs to strengthen managerial capabilities across the company.
- Support succession planning by identifying highpotential employees and creating growth pathways.
4. Employee Engagement & Culture Development
- Lead engagement initiatives that foster a collaborative inclusive and highperformance work environment.
- Regularly assess employee sentiment through surveys and feedback mechanisms implementing action plans to address concerns.
- Champion diversity equity and inclusion (DEI) efforts to create an inclusive workplace where all employees thrive.
5. HR Operations & Compliance
- Ensure company policies and procedures comply with labor laws and industry best practices.
- Oversee employee relations mediating workplace conflicts and ensuring fair resolutions.
- Implement and optimize HR technology solutions for seamless people operations and datadriven decisionmaking.
6. Compensation Benefits & Wellbeing
- Work with leadership to design competitive compensation and benefits structures that attract and retain top talent.
- Implement wellness programs that promote employee wellbeing and worklife balance.
- Benchmark salary trends to ensure pay equity and market competitiveness.
7. Change Management & Scaling Growth
- Lead HR initiatives that support business scaling including mergers restructures and cultural transformations.
- Drive change management strategies to help employees adapt to organizational shifts.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding processes to enhance employee experience at all stages.
Qualifications :
- 10 years of HR leadership experience preferably in a technology or software development environment.
- Strong expertise in talent strategy performance management and leadership development.
- Proven ability to influence and drive change at the executive level.
- Experience implementing HR technology solutions and datadriven decisionmaking.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
