Get to Know the Role
This is a regional individual contributor role and you will report to the Leadership & Talent lead based onsite in our Kuala Lumpur office. As a Manager in Leadership & Talent team you will directly contribute to:
- Develop our leaders with the right skills and mindsets to drive high performance and sustainable growth
- Build a skillsbased talent system that empowers Grabbers and teams to grow their skills and to bring impact through our mission.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- Partner the team lead of Leadership & Talent team to lead team priorities
- Lead collaboration across POD and diverse collaborators across teams to prioritise and solve leadership and talent challenges.
- Design and implement highimpact leadership and talent frameworks and programs including structured leadership development journeys and interventions to develop future ready leaders.
Qualifications :
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- Solving Problems: Analyse complex situations identify solutions and adapt based on feedback and data.
- Change Management: Champion innovation and implement impactful ideas.
- Collaboration: Lead cross teams members at all levels to problem solve and achieve shared goals.
- Thought leadership: Share knowledge and coach others to improve their work and skills.
- Communication: Articulate ideas in a clear manner both verbally and in writing.
- 7 years of experience with the following:
- Design and implement engaging and impactful organisation development programmes such as leadership/talent development frameworks and journeys
- Lead complex projects
- Build and apply skills frameworks
- Champion behaviour/ culture change in a diverse organisation
