Get to Know the Role
As the Head of Talent Acquisition and People Experience Programs you will shape and implement our talent acquisition and people experience strategies. Youll develop innovative programs refine sourcing processes and enhance our employer brand that attract engage and retain top talent. Collaborating with internal partners youll refine our sourcing processes elevate our employer brand and lead operational efficiency within the people function. You will . Reporting to our Head of People Experience & Talent Acquisition you will lead a team to deliver outstanding outcomes and support for our growth. You will be based onsite in Grabs Petaling Jayas office.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
Operations Efficiency and Effectiveness
- Support the short and longterm plans for the TA Operations team global operational systems tools and processes across the organization including background checks interview scheduling screening and recruitment compliance.
- Drive the implementation and optimization of recruitment technology and systems to refine workflows and improve overall recruiting performance.
- Drive cohesive project planning and across the People Experience and Talent Acquisition teams.
- Develop a cohesive content management strategy and maintenance for all knowledge articles on our intranet.
- Develop and report on main performance metrics across the people organization providing insights with recommendations to senior leadership.
- Enhance recruiting processes and workflows to improve efficiency reduce timetohire and improve the candidate experience.
- Establish and maintain best practices and standard operating procedures for recruiting ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Talent Acquisition Strategy & Program Leadership
- Lead the development of comprehensive talent acquisition programs and that align with our growth goals talent needs and organizational culture.
- Drive a datadriven approach to talent acquisition by applying analytics and metrics to refine and improve sourcing strategies candidate experience and recruitment effectiveness.
- Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ensure that recruitment programs are aligned with our goals.
Channel Strategy & Sourcing Optimization
- Oversee the design implementation and optimization of multichannel sourcing strategies to attract toptier talent including job boards social media referral programs talent pipelines and thirdparty partnerships.
- Use technology and sourcing tools (ATS CRM AI) to enhance candidate engagement improve processes and build a sustainable pipeline of candidates.
- Ensure the best sourcing strategies and meet hiring targets in the Talent Acquisition team.
Employer Branding & Talent Attraction
- Collaborate with HR Marketing and Communications teams to refine and implement Grabs employer brand and talent marketing strategies ensuring we are recognized as an employer of choice within the tech industry.
- Manage the creation and distribution of content (social media blogs videos) to communicate our culture values and mission to attract top talent.
- Develop partnerships with universities industry organizations and diversity groups and manage them to increase brand awareness and build diverse talent pipelines.
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead members within the talent acquisition team ensuring understanding of our goals and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
- Provide coaching and support to the team to enhance their skills knowledge and effectiveness.
- Build a culture of collaboration transparency and results within the talent acquisition function.
Qualifications :
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- 15 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment with at least 3 years in a leadership role. You have experience in sourcing employer branding HR operations and managing multiple recruiting channels.
- Experience leading endtoend talent acquisition programs in a dynamic tech landscape.
- Knowledge of recruitment technology ATS CRM tools and social media platforms.
- Experience using and analysing metrics to improve recruitment performance and make decisions to meet our goals.
- Experience managing recruitment budgets and vendor relationships.
- Experience in organisational and project management skills.
- You have experience building teams to achieve best performance guiding inspiring and influence members to achieving organisation goals by promoting collaboration and facilitate cross interactions.
- You have experience influencing and partner with senior leaders hiring managers and cross teams.
- You have indepth understanding of diversity equity and inclusion principles and how they apply to talent acquisition.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field. Advanced degree.
