- Create existing client expansion roadmaps client product/service gap lists and pair with sales operations to leverage existing client data to present relationship management plans and roadmaps to senior executives within Altisource
- Onboard customers in a cohesive manner in order to ensure success maintain ongoing Communication with your Clients and promote growing their business with Trelix
- Serve as an escalation point on technical and servicebased concerns raised with clients and quickly/efficiently address and resolve escalated issues utilizing tracking tools
- Manage vendors assigned within their regions ongoing open order count to ensure proper allocation of work to align with the vendors capacity to complete within SLAs and quality expectations from both a transactional level and trend analysis level.
- Create weekly reporting template on performance metrics including trend analysis and root cause analysis of performance issues
- Additional duties as indicated
Qualifications :
- Previous experience managing clients as an inside Account Manager with a mortgage lender or managing an Operations (Processing Underwriting or Closing) environment is strongly preferred
- Working knowledge of mortgage originations operations (lending underwriting servicing pipeline management etc. including encompass and/or other LOS
- The ability to communicate effectively and work through challenges in tight timelines
