Job Description
Our client a dynamic techdriven small business is looking for a skilled Financial Assistant to CEO to streamline our financial operations. They utilize NetSuite Shopify Plus and HubSpot for efficient management.
This is a handson role managing daytoday accounting creating automations and providing daily insights to our CEO. Your expertise in NetSuite along with a knack for AI and automation will be key to our success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Management: Handle A/P A/R payroll reconciliations monthend/yearend close financial statements cash flow and budgeting.
- NetSuite Mastery: Develop and maintain automations optimize functionalities and troubleshoot issues.
- Ecommerce & CRM Integration: Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless financial integration between Shopify Plus NetSuite and HubSpot.
- AI & Automation: Leverage AI to streamline processes and improve accuracy in financial reporting.
- Reporting: Provide daily weekly and monthly financial reports and insights to the CEO.
- Compliance & Improvement: Ensure compliance and continuously enhance internal controls and processes.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience with NetSuite including workflow creation automations and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in Shopify Plus and HubSpot integrations.
- Strong background in accounting and financial management within a small business environment.
- Proven ability to create and deliver clear and concise financial reports for executive leadership
- A C1 level of English or higher is essential for this position as you will be working closely with American colleagues.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with AI tools for automation and efficiency.
- Experience in ecommerce and CRM operations.
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Selfstarter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
