Position Summary:
We are proud to partner with a renowned Healthcare Services Organization recognized for its excellence in the field. Our client has established a stateoftheart hospital facility in Libya committed to delivering toptier healthcare services. They are seeking experienced healthcare professionals with a solid background in hospital settings. Experience in a Cardiac Center will be an added advantage. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cardiac Anesthesia & ICU Specialist to join our medical team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing anesthesia care to patients undergoing cardiac surgery and critical care management in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) for postoperative cardiac patients.
Expected Start Date: February 2025
Qualifications:
Education:
Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with specialization in Anesthesia.
Fellowship or specialized training in Cardiac Anesthesia or Critical Care is highly desirable.
Licensing & Certification:
Board certification in Anesthesia.
Additional certifications in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or equivalent.
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in cardiac anesthesia and ICU care preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting with a high volume of cardiac surgeries.
Demonstrated expertise in managing critically ill cardiac patients in the ICU.
Skills & Competencies:
Proficiency in advanced anesthesia techniques for cardiac surgeries.
Strong knowledge of critical care principles and management of cardiac conditions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced highpressure environment.
Detailoriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to make quick and informed decisions during medical emergencies.

El candidato ideal ser responsable de brindar atenci n anest sica a pacientes sometidos a cirug a card aca y manejo de cuidados cr ticos en la Unidad de Cuidados Intensivos (UCI) para pacientes card acos posoperatorios.

Calificaciones:
Educaci n: - T tulo m dico (MD o equivalente) con especializaci n en Anestesia.
- Se valora altamente la beca o capacitaci n especializada en Anestesia card aca o Cuidados cr ticos.
Licencias y certificaci n: - Certificaci n de la junta en Anestesia.
- Certificaciones adicionales en Soporte Vital Card aco Avanzado (ACLS) Soporte Vital Pedi trico Avanzado (PALS) o equivalente.
Experiencia: - M nimo de 3 a os de experiencia en anestesia card aca y cuidados en UCI preferiblemente en un hospital o entorno de atenci n m dica con un alto volumen de cirug as card acas.
- Experiencia demostrada en el manejo de pacientes card acos con enfermedades graves en la UCI.
- Habilidades y competencias:
- Competencia en t cnicas avanzadas de anestesia para cirug as card acas.
- S lidos conocimientos de los principios de cuidados cr ticos y el manejo de afecciones card acas.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicaci n e interpersonales con capacidad para trabajar en colaboraci n en un entorno din mico y de alta presi n.
- Orientado a los detalles con s lidas habilidades organizativas.
- Capacidad para tomar decisiones r pidas e informadas durante emergencias m dicas.
