Get to Know the Role
First let us introduce you to Grab Creative Studio:
- Grab Creative Studio is spread across the markets in which we operate. The Singapore Creative Team is based in Malaysia alongside the Regional and Malaysia teams which means youll be part of a big sometimes noisy bunch :
- Were responsible for building the Grab brand and maintaining its integrity across the region.
- Our mission is to build brand love in everything we do and create memorable experiences for our users through purposeful creative work.
- You will report into the Executive Creative Director Regional and be based in Petaling Jaya working onsite.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- You will be coleading the Singapore Creative Team with a copybased CD working directly with the Regional ECD and Country Marketing Leads.
- You will also have the opportunity to work on Regional projects on occasions.
- You will be responsible for setting and pushing the standards of the Creative team ensuring that only the highest quality of visuals/copy that are on brand leave the door.
- You will be working and aligning with Marketing to develop strategies tactics and ideas that dont just meet the numbers but also build the brand.
- As Grab is a fastpaced company you will be managing multiple projects at any given time and working with Creative Producers to ensure the team is productive motivated and delivering work that meets your high standards.
- You will be leading the design and development of effective communications and brand campaigns which include digital creative work such as online display ads and inapp comms as well as customer experience design.
- You will be providing guidance for the juniors together with other senior Creatives in the Regional Creative team.
Qualifications :
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- You have at least 12 years of agency experience where you have led and executed large integrated campaigns (including for digital marketing).
- You have a portfolio that showcases your excellent visual design and conceptualisation skills.
- You have strong technical knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite especially Illustrator Photoshop and InDesign.
- You have formal design training in art or other design disciplines plus a working knowledge of copywriting.
- You have strong communication skills in managing stakeholders from all levels.
- You have experience not just in managing art directors and copywriters but also in guiding the team to produce excellent creative work consistently.
- You have experience in managing workflow for the development of multiple creative assets.
