This role is hybrid technical recruiter for a large SASS company. You must live in either Provo Seattle or Raiegh. The position is a sixmonth contract with the possibility of extension or conversion to fulltime employment.
Responsibilities:
- Source and attract top technical talent through various channels including job boards social media professional networks and employee referrals
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to meet hiring goals for software engineering positions
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates qualifications and cultural fit
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create compelling job descriptions
- Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and uptodate candidate information
- Conduct salary negotiations and extend job offers to selected candidates
Qualifications :
- 3 years experience as a technical recruiter
- Experience working for an enterprise level company
- Experience recruiting for: Front and backend software engineers
- Must live in either: Seattle Raleigh or Provo and be able to come into the office a few days a week
