Job Description
Were seeking a recruiter with at least three years of experience including two years focused on hiring Account Executives and Account Managers in SaaS or B2B enterprise sales environments. The ideal candidate has proven success in recruiting for highvalue enterprise/global sales roles excels at sourcing diverse talent in competitive markets and demonstrates strong partnerships with hiring managers to identify and vet toptier candidates effectively.
Qualifications :
- 3 years of sales recruiting experience
- Experience working at agency and inhouse
- experience working for a startup or well known tech company
- Comfortable in a fastpaced environment
- Deep understanding of SaaS and B2B enterprise sales
- Familiarity with global gotomarket (GTM) strategies sales enablement and accountbased selling.
- Has recruited for roles such as: Account Executives who handle average deal size of 500k
- Proven success in highvolume recruiting for GTM roles at startups or scaling businesses.
- Strong sourcing skills for competitive markets targeting diverse talent pools.
- Effective at building partnerships with hiring managers to identify the right talent profiles.
