About the role
The Senior Product Manager Monetisation & Insights (Loyalty & Insights) is responsible for understanding and defining the nonjob ad value that best support our higher volume and higher complexity Hirers across all our APAC markets. In addition the Senior PM will be responsible for overseeing the build of our broader Insights product portfolio that supports both small and large Hirers across APAC. This is a critical capability that allows these Hirers to truly understand the value of SEEK for their hiring needs clarifies the ROI of their spend and helps foster greater loyalty towards SEEK.
This role will own a crucial part of SEEKs longer term Monetisation strategy and contribute to our broader marketplace ambitions. Specifically the Senior PM will:
- Develop a deep understanding of different customer segments (e.g. by contract value industry role mix) and how their hiring needs are best supported
- Understand similar marketplace loyalty and retention strategies for large Hirers to identify relevant patterns and examples
- Craft a longerterm vision and roadmap for nonjob ad value capabilities for Contracted Hirers that fosters greater loyalty and increases customer lifetime value
- Oversee the capability build for Insights products to support Hirers needs for understanding their ad performance and overall ROI
- Work with relevant teams to tailor our contracts to the Hirers individual situation and buying needs including the introduction of new ad products enhancements and nonad products
- Implement systems that capture customer and sales feedback and prioritise accordingly in product roadmap
This role will require you to take a wholeofmarketplace view considering the needs of our hirers and also ensuring that we deliver on our commitment to candidates. This role will work in partnership and alongside our key partners in Commercial Product Marketing Strategy and Sales teams across APAC and will report into the Principal PM Loyalty & Access in the broader Monetisation and Insights team

- Own a problem space at the core of transforming and innovating our loyalty capabilities to better meet customer needs
- Be central to the transformation of our business model and be a leader in challenging our status quo
- Actively manage and engage stakeholders across the business to ensure strategic objectives are being met
- Be a relentless customer advocate with a focus on delivering great user experiences that solve real customer problems
- Ideate and validate opportunities and problems inclusive of strategic fit and financial assessment
- Develop plans and deliver enhancements and new functionality for our Contracted Hirers (working in concert with other relevant teams who also build nonjob ad value)
- Own key metrics / outcomes related to Contracted Hirers and Insights
Qualifications :
- Strategic problemsolver comfortable working in a space with significant ambiguity
- Structured decisionmaker able to consider complex nuanced tradeoffs make decisive judgments and bring others along with you
- Strong customer focus with a passion for identifying and solving customer needs
- Commercial acumen able to consider business constraints and objectives
- Strong analytical skills comfortable with data and working with data scientists to improve the performance of our products
- Ability to lead crossfunctional teams to deliver business outcomes
- Able to influence and persuade at all levels of the organisation and build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
- Considerable experience in product development with solid understanding of the agile software development across customer discovery and delivery
- Experience working with AI and AI teams is an advantage
- Welldeveloped communication presentation and interpersonal skills
