Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager specialising in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) to join our team in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia. As a key member of our finance department you will play a crucial role in driving financial strategy providing insightful analysis and supporting decisionmaking processes across the organisation.
- Lead the financial planning and analysis function including budgeting forecasting and longterm financial modelling
- Oversee the monthend reporting cycle delivering comprehensive management reports to senior leadership
- Analyse financial results identifying key trends risks and opportunities to support strategic decisionmaking
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations for business initiatives
- Develop and maintain robust financial models to evaluate business performance and support growth strategies
- Implement and improve financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals fostering their professional development
- Prepare and present financial analyses and reports for board meetings and investor relations
- Support the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures
- Contribute to special projects and adhoc financial analyses as required
Qualifications :
- CA/CPA qualified (or equivalent) with a minimum of 8 years of postqualification experience
- Proven experience in a commercial finance function with a focus on FP&A
- Strong expertise in financial modelling budgeting forecasting and financial analysis
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and data visualisation tools
- Understanding of international financial reporting standards
- Experience with financial risk management
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities
- Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced dynamic environment
- Experience in the Malaysian financial landscape is advantageous
