Job Description
What youll be doing
- Bringing Tech to Life Oversee the design development and optimisation of electronics & embedded software in our gamechanging fitness tech.
- Driving Innovation Work with power electronics PCB design motors generators battery systems and firmware to push the boundaries of clean energy.
- Leading Teams & Projects Manage crossfunctional teams of electrical & software engineers ensuring smooth project from concept to launch.
- Solving Big Tech Challenges Tackle embedded firmware IoT systems cloud platforms and mobile app integration (think MQTT Grafana Cloudflare).
- Owning the Product Lifecycle From prototype to production youll ensure quality efficiency and scalability.
- Shaping the Future of Sustainable Fitness Play a key role in our product roadmap improving energy efficiency and user experience.
Qualifications :
What youll bring to the role
- Engineering Expertise Degree (or equivalent) in Electrical Electronics or Software Engineering.
- RealWorld Experience Proven track record in consumer electronics design firmware management and embedded systems.
- Technical KnowHow Deep understanding of PCB design power systems IoT cloud services and mobile app ecosystems.
- Project Leadership Youve managed endtoend product development applied Agile/Scrum and balanced priorities like a pro.
- ProblemSolving Superpowers Troubleshooting testing and optimising for performance reliability and cost.
- FastPaced Adaptability Ability to pivot prioritise and deliver in a highgrowth environment.
- Passion for Clean Tech & Fitness Bonus points if you geek out about energy harvesting sustainability or fitness tech.
