Job Description
We are looking for a Shipping/Warehouse Associate to join our team in a fastpaced teamoriented environment. This role involves handling organizing and shipping materials efficiently while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities:
- Lift bend push pull and move materials up to 50 lbs.
- Stand or walk for an entire shift 810 hours).
- Read measurements perform basic calculations and operate handheld tools such as pallet jacks pneumatic staple guns industrial hot glue guns and power drills.
- Pull and verify orders for shipment ensuring accurate pallet counts and proper loading sequence.
- Stack pallets appropriately sort stage and shrinkwrap all pallets for shipping.
- Load trucks with materials in the correct delivery sequence.
- Perform quality checks to ensure shipments meet customer specifications and company standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area adhering to housekeeping standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping goals and deadlines.
- Record shipping data and update inventory systems accurately.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures in the warehouse.
- Assist with special projects as needed demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn.
Estamos buscando un Asociado de Envo/Almacn para unirse a nuestro equipo en un entorno dinmico y orientado al trabajo en equipo. Este rol implica manejar organizar y enviar materiales de manera eficiente manteniendo los estndares de calidad y seguridad.
Responsabilidades:
- Levantar doblar empujar jalar y mover materiales de hasta 50 libras.
- Permanecer de pie o caminar durante un turno completo 810 horas).
- Leer mediciones realizar clculos bsicos y operar herramientas manuales como transpaletas pistolas de grapas neumticas pistolas de pegamento industrial y taladros elctricos.
- Extraer y verificar pedidos para envo asegurando conteos de palets precisos y una secuencia de carga adecuada.
- Apilar palets correctamente clasificar organizar y envolver con pelcula plstica todos los palets para el envo.
- Cargar camiones con materiales en la secuencia de entrega correcta.
- Realizar controles de calidad para garantizar que los envos cumplan con las especificaciones del cliente y los estndares de la empresa.
- Mantener un rea de trabajo limpia y organizada cumpliendo con los estndares de limpieza.
- Colaborar con compaeros de equipo para cumplir con los objetivos y plazos diarios de envo.
- Registrar datos de envo y actualizar los sistemas de inventario con precisin.
- Seguir todos los protocolos y procedimientos de seguridad en el almacn.
- Asistir en proyectos especiales segn sea necesario demostrando flexibilidad y disposicin para aprender.
Qualifications :
- 18 years old with reliable transportation.
- Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in nonclimatecontrolled conditions.
- Ability to work overtime as needed.
