- Serve as the primary point of contact for existing mortgage customers handling enquiries and providing guidance on mortgagerelated matters.
- Process account amendments maintain accurate records and ensure prompt responses to customer requests regarding balances redemptions title deeds and other account details.
- Deliver excellent customer service whilst making sound decisions considering the full range of support options available and adhering to the Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) principle.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of relevant regulations including Anti Money Laundering/Financial Crime and apply this knowledge in daily operations.
- Meet productivity targets and adhere to Service Level Agreements adopting a getting it right first time approach to minimise repetitive enquiries.
- Work within allocated mandates escalating issues when appropriate and actively participate in departmental meetings to improve processes.
- Maintain compliance with the companys training and monitoring programme including adherence to Anti Bribery and policies.
Qualifications :
- Strong customer service experience ideally within the mortgage market
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Demonstrate the ability to learn new skills
- Technology skills including MS Excel and Word
- Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
