Shift: Mid Shift
The Facilities Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support for daytoday facilities and asset operations. This includes developing and maintaining databases for facilities inventory condition assessments and scheduled maintenance. The role will also serve as the primary contact for asset management preparing reports analyzing IT and office equipment inventory and ensuring adequate supply levels. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications :
24 years work experience as a Facilities Coordinator
Good oral and written communication skills
Available to work onsite daily
Flexible to work night shifts and weekends
Ability to deliver various reports to management
Good organizational skills
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Attention to detail managing large number of stocks that requires a highly organized and detailoriented personality
Mathematical skills Have to be good with numbers for price comparison inventory level analysis and other calculations
Strong commitment to company values and principles
Additional Information :
Bachelors degree in Business Management or Finance
Preferably with a background in Facilities Management
