Job Description

Facilities Coordinator Join Our Team at Sodexo in Wodonga!

Are you an organised and efficient professional looking for a dynamic role in facilities management We are seeking a skilled Facilities Coordinator to join our team and contribute to the seamless operation of our facilities ensuring a safe and productive work environment for all employees.

As our Facilities Coordinator you will report directly to the onsite Facilities Manager and be responsible for managing the delivery of exceptional facilities soft services. Your role will include overseeing building maintenance contractor management and ensuring we meet our operational goals and Service Level Agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure Soft Services are completed in line with Service Level Agreements and OH&S guidelines.
  • Coordinate and manage contractors for onsite works.
  • Understand and adhere to client contractual agreements.
  • Oversee work order flow via systems like SAP and Maximo.
  • Manage minor projects and supplier requisitions.
  • Monitor security functions cleaning routines and floor warden duties.
  • Collaborate with contractors and building management for smooth site operations.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively.

What Were Looking For:

  • 23 years of experience in facilities management or a related field.
  • Proven ability to manage work schedules and coordinate building maintenance and essential services.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage contractors and ensure work is completed to specification.
