This is a permanent fulltime role based in Camberwell you will be responsible for directing and leading the facilities operational team to deliver optimal and efficient facilities services aligned to the broader business operations and Group Strategic Plan.
Leading an established team of facilities staff working with external contractors and consultants to manage and deliver on key projects you will be an outstanding and respected customer focused Facilities Manager who prides themselves on ensuring maintenance schedules are up to date projects run smoothly adherence with financial business practices operational compliance and that our business leaders have all the key information they need about the efficient and smooth running of this incredible facility
Reporting to the Group Facilities Manager you will forge strong relationships with key stakeholders in accordance with the One Epworth model of consistent and standardised service levels to keep our patients safe and hospitals compliant.
