Maintenance Manager
Position: Electronic Security Service & Maintenance Manager
Location: Bengaluru
Role Overview: As the Electronic Security Service & Maintenance Program Manager at Vizmo youll lead our service and maintenance activities for electronic security systems across our client sites in the APAC region. Youll ensure the optimal performance and reliability of our security equipment oversee maintenance teams and drive process improvements to enhance service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership to maintenance teams ensuring adherence to Vizmos core values and service standards.
- Manage service and maintenance activities for electronic security equipment installed at client sites across the APAC region.
- Analyze system health alarms and trends conduct root cause analysis and implement process refinements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and global teams to build and maintain best practices in service and maintenance processes.
- Maintain regional service requests system alarms metrics and documentation of security systems infrastructure.
- Manage maintenance agreements renewals and procurement of spare parts and equipment.
- Partner with finance support teams to plan and manage maintenance expenditure budgets.
- Review and approve vendor purchase orders monitor onsite PO statuses and manage supplier invoices.
- Assist the global technical team in improvement initiatives such as firmware upgrades and operating system enhancements.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in electronics electrical or instrumentation engineering.
- 45 years of experience in electronic security system services and maintenance preferably in the APAC region.
- Proficiency in Lenel and access control systems is preferred.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical managerial and budget management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment and work independently.
- Clientoriented with a passion for results and continuous improvement.
Working Conditions:

- Regular computer usage; proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
- Occasional travel may be required.
