Our flagship product were an AI character studio that allows users to create interact with and share AI characters which have varying skills from seeing everything on your screen to interacting with these characters in AR/VR. In this pivotal role you will oversee a talented team of engineers focused on developing highquality software products that meet the demands of our users. You will be responsible for fostering a culture of excellence collaboration and continuous improvement within the engineering team while also working closely with crossfunctional partners to align technical solutions with business objectives. Your leadership will empower your team to embrace challenges innovate and deliver impactful products in a fastpaced startup environment. You will be instrumental in shaping the technical direction of our projects mentoring team members and ensuring that we adhere to best practices and industry standards. Responsibilities
- As an integral part of our worldwide engineering team you will lead by example and be a hands on developer.
- Research evaluate and integrate latest technologies in the AI Crypto and Productivity/Entertainment space.
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers in developing software products that align with the companys strategic goals.
- Collaborate with product management and other stakeholders to define project requirements and scope.
- Implement best practices in software development to enhance code quality and team efficiency.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables ensuring ontime and onbudget completions.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the engineering team.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Identify and address technical challenges and bottlenecks facilitating effective problemsolving.
- This is an equity position and as part owner of the company you will help drive our growth and take ownership of the products.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in software development and engineering management roles particularly in a startup environment.
- Strong foundation of Computer Science fundamentals and the software product lifecycle.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript Go and Rust.
- Demonstrable skills in both Backend and Frontend development at large scale such as React Tailwind Node Redis MongoDB and Docker
- Strong proficiency in AWS cloud infrastructure at scale with Demonstrable skills in cost management.
- Strong proficiency in AI LLM Inference Stable Diffusion and AI Model finetuning.
- Proven experience and proficiency in managing and maintaining large scale GPU infrastructure.
- Proven experience in shipping products.
- Experience with agile development methodologies and project management tools.
- Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to drive technical discussions and influence decisions at all levels of the organization.
- Strong problemsolving skills and a passion for overcoming challenges in a fastpaced setting.
- Experience in EVM and Solana blockchain a plus
- Experience with image recognition and object detection systems a plus

Initial call to get a sense of the person
Technical Interview
90 minute call to determine actual technical proficiency
Location
Remote (Hybrid in Miami preferred but open to remote US)
Earn 25% of $8000
Client (Do not reveal to candidates in early stages)
