Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and empathetic Customer Support Agent to join our remote team based in the United States. As a vital member of our customer service department you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers providing exceptional support and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues escalating complex problems when necessary
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and followup actions in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and improve service quality
  • Identify and report common customer issues to help improve products and processes
  • Stay updated on company products services and policies to provide accurate information
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics related to response times customer satisfaction and issue resolution

Qualifications :

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and empathy
  • Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in customer service software and CRM systems
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment
  • Patience and active listening skills to understand and address customer needs effectively
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Customer service certification is a plus
  • Comfortable working remotely and managing time effectively
  • Ability to maintain a professional home office environment with a reliable internet connection

Additional Information :

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY:  The hourly pay rate for this position is anticipated to range between $19.00 $24.00. This range is a goodfaith estimate based on the qualifications necessary for the position including experience training and other considerations permitted by law.Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidates skills experience and geographic location the expected quality and quantity of work and internal pay alignment as needed. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range.The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive experience.An employees pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. In addition to monetary compensation we offer a competitive benefits package including Medical/Dental/Vision insurance Companymatching 401(k) Employee Stock Purchase Program and Tuition Reimbursement in addition to other programs and perks.
