Position Summary
We are searching for inspiring and wellrounded Customer Support Agent to join our digital health platform Holisticly which is designed to offer integrated whole person solutions. As a Customer Support Agent youll be the friendly face and problemsolving expert assisting users of the Holisticly health application. Your mission is to provide exceptional customer support across multiple channelschat phone and emailensuring a seamless experience for every user.
Tasks
Your duties will include:
- Respond to booking inquiries and assist with scheduling healthrelated activities.
- Guide users in navigating and understanding Holisticlys features.
- Troubleshoot technical issues with the app and escalate when necessary.
- Deliver prompt clear and empathetic support via live chat phone calls and email.
- Maintain a professional and personable tone ensuring users feel heard and valued.
- Analyze user issues and provide effective solutions.
- Proactively identify recurring problems and suggest improvements to the apps functionality or user experience.
- Work closely with the technical and customer success teams to resolve complex queries.
- Share insights from user interactions to help enhance the app and its services.
Requirements
Experience
- Prior experience in customer support especially with tech or appbased platforms is a plus.
- Availability to work USA hours.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for calls and chats.
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are a bonus.

- Experience using ClickUp project management tools or similar
- Experience using Microsoft Office/Google products
Knowledge Skills & Abilities
- High proficiency in spoken and written English
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written
- Comfortable with app troubleshooting and basic technical support.
- Quick thinking with a knack for turning challenges into opportunities for great customer experiences.
- Clear friendly and adaptable while building rapport with users ensuring they feel supported and appreciated.
- Ability to balance multiple inquiries effectively during a shift.

Location
The location of Solavieve GmbH is Heidelberg Germany. However this position is remote and can be performed from any location.
