Conduct discovery and consulting sessions with customers to determine the “As-Is” and “To-Be” states of their systems and document the business requirements.
Using the gathered information, analyze the options, alternatives, and system capabilities to best map our system functionality to meet the customer’s business requirements.
Document and validate the proposed technical solutions meet the customer's business and functional requirements.
Perform functional training and transfer knowledge to customer's team and project personnel.
This is a customer facing position and you may be required to work at customer site for prolonged periods or permanently. You must be able to travel minimum 25% - 75% of the time as required, without restriction.
