Role Overview
As a Senior Product Manager for Properties you will lead highimpact initiatives that shape the future of Malaysias property marketplace. This role requires strategic thinking datadriven decisionmaking and the ability to align crossfunctional teams toward shared goals. You will own the roadmap for key product areas driving measurable business and user outcomes.
What Youll Do
Define Product Vision: Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy for the Properties category aligned with Mudah.mys business objectives.
Drive Major Initiatives: Own the endtoend lifecycle of highimpact features and initiatives from ideation to and iteration.
Lead CrossFunctional Teams: Collaborate with engineering design marketing and business leaders to deliver results that exceed expectations.
Leverage Data Insights: Use analytics user feedback and market trends to prioritize opportunities and measure product success.
Mentor and Influence: Guide and mentor junior PMs fostering a highperformance culture within the team.
Optimize and Iterate: Continuously improve product offerings to drive growth retention and user satisfaction.
Qualifications :
What Were Looking For
Experience: 57 years in product management with a proven track record of managing largescale initiatives and delivering measurable results.
Strategic Vision: Strong ability to connect product strategy to business outcomes and user needs.
Leadership Skills: Experience leading crossfunctional teams and mentoring junior team members.
DataDriven DecisionMaking: Expertise in using metrics to inform decisions measure success and iterate effectively.
UserCentric Focus: Deep empathy for users and a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the property industry or marketplaces is a plus.
