Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Senior Property Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in hospitality or coworking spaces and a passion for creating and maintaining vibrant community environments.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the daytoday operations of the multiple properties ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Foster a welcoming and inclusive community atmosphere.
Coordinate and manage events and activities to engage community members.
Handle tenant inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and efficiently.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless property management.
Monitor and manage budgets expenses and financial reports.
Ensure the properties are wellmaintained and meets all safety and regulatory standards.
Requirements:
Previous experience in hospitality coworking spaces or related fields.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong organizational and problemsolving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in property management software is a plus.
Mumbai Locals are preferred .
