Job Description
This role is a Senior Manager (M1 salary banding
In your role as Senior Surveyor you will...
- Be responsible and accountable for the regional repairs maintenance and investment capital budgets ensuring delivery to time budget and agreed objectives
- Develop implement and oversee works programmes that deliver best asset return through enhancing refining and improving presentation and operating effectiveness
- Develop your team to deliver best value through strong negotiations with suppliers and contractors
- Deputise for the Head of Surveying during periods of absence in particular attending meetings on their behalf with Exec members and key stakeholders requiring ability to challenge decisions and influence strategy
What you will bring...
- Previous experience multisite pub/leisure developments
- Excellent planning and implementation skills
- Experience of maintaining the propertys asset value to enhance refine and improve its presentation and operating effectiveness
- Extensive property management experience a proven executive team influence and will demonstrate outstanding commitment and innovation in this role
- Persuasiveness Ability to make a persuasive clear presentation of ideas or facts

Qualifications :
Ideally hold a professional industryrecognised qualification: RICS MBEng CIOB or similar.
