Job Description
- Conduct valuations for a variety of property types including residential student accommodation Build to Rent and investment properties
- Undertake Loan Security Institutional and Corporate Valuations
- Collaborate with fund managers banks and relationship managers
- Develop new and existing client relationships and attend client meetings
- Deliver accurate wellresearched valuations and forecasts
- Provide secured lending and other oneoff valuations as required
Qualifications :
- MRICS Qualified
- Highly numerate with proficiency in MS Office and databases
- Strong report writing and communication skills
- Knowledge of Argus Developer is preferable
- Sound understanding of markets across London and the South East
- Excellent organisation time management and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
