Our client is a technology company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Formulate and implement the companys technical strategy ensuring it aligns with the broader business goals and objectives.
Guarantee that core products are stable minimize errors are easy to scale and are maintained to the highest quality standards with a vision for global service expansion.
Collaborate with the Head of Product to create and execute the company s product strategy aimed at consumers particularly concerning the centralized player platform game connections and payment channels.
Lead manage and mentor the technical team ensuring they have the necessary resources and support for success.
Provide coaching and guidance to help each team member enhance their skills and advance their careers.
Oversee relationships with thirdparty technology vendors ensuring their services and products align with the companys requirements and standards.
Ensure the technology infrastructure and systems of the platform are secure and safeguard the companys intellectual property.
Keep abreast of the latest technology trends and innovations identifying opportunities to integrate new technologies into the company s offerings.
Create and manage the technology budget ensuring resources are allocated in an effective and efficient manner.
Requirements
Bachelor s Degree in Technology or relevant fields
Proven track record in delivering B2C or B2B products.
Solid understanding of business operations with the ability to consider both technical and business impacts in decisionmaking.
Strong leadership with experience managing teams of engineers is required.
Extensive knowledge and experience in software development.
Proficient in product management with the ability to organize teams and efficiently allocate engineering resources.
Excellent communication skills strong problemsolving abilities.
Ability to adapt to new technologies and evolving business environments
