Job Overview:
As an Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) you will focus on cold outreach and structured engagement to generate new business opportunities. You will identify decisionmakers build relationships and support sales pipeline growth. This role requires resilience selfmotivation and excellent communication skills. Sales experience is a plus but training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct cold outreach campaigns to generate and qualify leads.
Run structured engagement cadences via calls emails and LinkedIn. (Currently using
Revenue but may switch to Saleslofttraining provided.
Identify decisionmakers and build rapport with potential customers.
Maintain detailed lead tracking in Salesforce (CRM) and other sales tools.
Work closely with Business Development Executives (BDEs) to align outreach with
business needs.
Support pipeline growth by identifying and nurturing potential prospects (including
churned leads).
Qualifications:
Fluency in FrenchEnglish or GermanEnglish (both written and verbal).
Strong resilience selfmotivation and goal orientation.
Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding skills.
Ability to work with CRM tools (Salesforce experience is a plus but training
provided).
