Job Description
Hiring for Freshers Junior roles (Inside sales customer service)
Roles and Responsibilities:
Talking to the leads generated for the loan product.
Resolve customer doubts and convince them to take the loan product.
Coordinate with the Manager and stakeholder for loan approval.
Ensure to bring in New Customers and maintain good relationships with existing customers for generating renewal & referral business.
Resolving all customer doubts and questions while processing the loan.
Participate in business development activities to improve the brand visibility in the catchment areas and to generate leads of prospective customers.
Qualifications: UG / PGD
Location: Bangalore.
Salary:
Inside sales: 12k Incentive First 3 Months
14k Incentive next 3 Months
Inside sales cards: 13K for 6 months
Customer support: 13K for 6 months
Qualifications :
Any undergraduate for graduate with good english communication skills
