Job Description
As Merchandise Services Director you will lead the evolution of the JB Store design ensuring innovation and excellence in a dynamic retail environment. This includes:
- Strengthening the strategic relationships with our supplier partners to drive competitive advantage
- Working collaboratively and providing clear leadership and direction ensuring crossfunctional collaboration agility and alignment to effectively execute key merchandising strategies.
- Overseeing the Store Capex budget ensuring optimal investment in new stores refurbishments and merchandise initiatives; managing macro and micro space planning and ensuring effective product placement for current and future store designs to enhance the instore experience.
Qualifications :
To be considered you will have 15 years of retail leadership experience in managing large teams and visual merchandising category management and store operations experience. Relevant tertiary qualifications will only enhance your career track record and performance.
