Language Requirement: Fluent in Slovak & English
About the Role:
We are looking for a Slovakspeaking Customer Service Representative to join our team in Sofia Bulgaria. If you enjoy helping customers solving problems and working in an international environment this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support in Slovak and English via phone email and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering professional and timely responses.
- Accurately document customer interactions in the system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the customer experience.
Requirements:
Fluency in Slovak (both written and spoken).
Good command of English (B2 level or higher).
Strong communication problemsolving and interpersonal skills.
Customerfocused mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to work onsite in Sofia Bulgaria.
Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not required.
