2. Responsible for sales support activities (Include quotation preparation & PO follow up).
3. Prepare Delivery Order Invoice Packing List documents from system.
4. Packing of goods for shipment and liaise with courier or forwarder for the shipment.
5. Manage service job coordination.
6. Manage and investigate enquiries from customers and suppliers ensuring issues are resolved effectively and efficiently
7. Ensuring internal processes and procedures are adhered to
8. Maintain an organized filling system
9. Other ad hoc tasks as assigned
