We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Global Brand Marketing Manager to identify gaps and opportunities to maximise the impact of our campaigns. This role focuses on leveraging product integrations ads KOLs eDMs and other amplification strategies to enhance engagement and brand reach for multiple campaigns. You will work crossfunctionally to ensure that every marketing opportunity is fully optimised for success.
This role also presents an exciting opportunity to work on the sponsorship of BX football club partners contributing to highvisibility campaigns and activations. It may involve occasional travel to the EU region for partnership engagements and onsite activations.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth of partnership campaigns and maximise amplification and engagement.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to drive results through sponsorship and influencer activations. - Develop and implement amplification strategies including product integration advertising KOL collaborations email marketing and other innovative marketing channels.
- Oversee the localisation of social media content for various regions working with regional teams to adapt global content and drive brand awareness in key markets.
- Track and measure the success of partnership and localisation campaigns focusing on key metrics such as impressions engagement and event satisfaction.
- Provide regular performance reports and insights to stakeholders to ensure targets are being met and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Oversee budget allocation for amplification strategies ensuring costeffectiveness and maximum ROI.
Requirements
- Proven experience in marketing campaign management or growth marketing within the crypto blockchain or fintech industry.
- Experience working with social media platforms influencer marketing and communitydriven initiatives.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with both internal teams and external partners.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Proficiency in English is required and fluency in Chinesea plus.
