I’m recruiting for an exciting Deputy Home Manager opportunity with a prestigious luxury care group known for delivering outstanding care in beautifully designed stateoftheart environments.
This role offers a £65000 basic salary and a clear succession plan to progress into a Home Manager position at one of their brandnew homes in the near future.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the daytoday operations of the home ensuring compliance with CQC standards.
- Lead and develop a highperforming team to provide exceptional personcentred care.
- Oversee care plans medication management and clinical governance.
- Build strong relationships with residents families and healthcare professionals.
- Step up in the Home Manager’s absence and contribute to strategic decisionmaking.

- Proven leadership experience as a Deputy Manager in a care home setting.
