Job Description
We are delighted to be working with Allegra Care who are looking for an energetic individual to manage the clinical services in their beautiful home. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your management and leadership skills in a highly committed team environment. The team at Rose Garden focus on delivering high quality care in a modern purposebuilt setting. They build their services around a household model where residents are involved with as many daily life activities for as long as they are able.
The home has a sister home on the same site Olive Tree House. Both homes share a Manager with a deputy in each. As the Deputy in Rose Garden youll have the support of both the Manager and a Regional Manager and youll also have the space and freedom to manage your team.
Fulltime Permanent
Up to 50000.00 per year

Requirements
Requirements:
A current nurse PIN and experience of adult nursing within either the NHS or private sector. This needs to be at least 2 years although more is preferred. Experience of dementia care is essential.

Experience in a care home setting would be very advantageous. Youll have experience of managing teams and believe that the best way to lead people is to work with them leading and inspiring.
