Deputy Manager The Armoury
Location:Hampstead
Salary 26000
THE ROLE:
Maintaining user satisfaction and safety by supervising a team which provides outstanding reception fitness and group exercise services whilst driving & delivering increases in sales and retention and develop the clubs profile in the local community.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES ARE:
Lead and develop the Reception & Fitness Team
Supervise the Centre staff
Increase sales and retention and develop corporate memberships
Be responsible for maintaining and updating sales data and club usage
Be involved in the implementation of the Clubs Health and Safety Policy
Support all staff in contributing to a positive working environment
Provide a clean and safe environment for all staff and users
CHARACTERISTICS REQUIRED:
Essential
Passionate about Health and Fitness Industry
Fitness Qualification
Ability to lead and motivate a team
Selfmotivated assertive and enthusiastic
Sales experience
Open to new ideas and selfdevelopment
Excellent customer services skills
Ability to handle customer complaints with tact
Good organisational skills
Able to make and stick to decisions under pressure
Desirable
Able to manage and develop people
Understanding of budgeting and accounting
Knowledge of Gladstone Membership System
