Job Description
Are you a handson Maintenance Manager looking for a new challenge Do you thrive in a fastpaced environment where you can make a real impact on operations If so this opportunity is for you!
The Role:
As a Maintenance Manager youll be at the heart of ensuring maximum efficiency and output across all site facilities machinery and production processes. Youll lead a proactive and reactive maintenance service keeping downtime to a minimum while improving operational effectiveness.
Youll also be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing a Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) strategy
- Managing breakdowns and ensuring machine availability
- Overseeing new machinery installations and safe disposal of obsolete equipment
- Driving continuous improvement and modern manufacturing processes
- Ensuring Health Safety and Environmental standards are met
- Managing budgets and capital expenditure projects
What Were Looking For:
- Strong leadership & management skills able to motivate and develop a team
- Handson experience with mechanical and electrical maintenance
- Ability to work crossfunctionally with production teams to improve efficiency
- Excellent problemsolving planning and decisionmaking skills
- A commercially aware strategic thinker who thrives on delivering results
